1 cup hot milk
1 cup hot buttermilk
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
7-7 1/2 cups flour
2 pkg. dry yeast
Directions:
Directions:
Mix and add 1/2 of flour. Sprinkle with 2 pkg. dry yeast. Mix well and add remaining flour. Knead. For cinnamon rolls, brush melted butter on rolled out dough. Sprinkle with sugar and a lot of cinnamon. Place in pan with lots of room -- about 4 x 3 in a 9 x 13 pan. Pour over mix of 1/2 cup each of brown sugar, 1/2 cut white sugar 1/2 butter and 1/2 cup cream that has been cooked together.
