1/2 cup yellow corn meal or white corn meal
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
boiling hot water
hot vegetable oil

Directions:

Mix corn meal, salt with boiling hot water. Roll hot mixture in palm of hands, and drop in hot vegetable oil. Brown on both sides.
