Crust:
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1 3/8 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt

Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. pineapple juice

Assorted fruit

Glaze:
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 Tblsp. + 1 tsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
To make crust, mix together the butter, egg, sugar, flour, cream of tartar and salt. Pat into pizza pan and bake in preheated 350º for 8 minutes, or until light golden brown. Make filling by combining cream cheese, 1/4 sup sugar and 2 tsp. pineapple juice; mix together until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Garnish with your favorite fruits. Mix together pineapple juice and cornstarch and heat until thickened. Cool, then pour over fruit to glaze. Refrigerate until glaze thickens.

Use seasonal fruits when available. You can also use canned pineapple, maraschino cherries with grapes and kiwi almost all year round.
