2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix (8.5 oz boxes)
1- 10 oz box frozen, chopped broccoli thawed
1 pt (16 oz) small curd cottage cheese
4 Tbsp melted butter or margarine
5 eggs
1 chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add rest of ingredients except cornbread mix. Mix until just blended. Add cornbread mix, one box at a time.

Bake in greased 3 qt. (preferable cake pan will be low and long) at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
