Porcupine Meatballs Recipe

1 lb ground beef
1/4 c. minute rice
1 egg
1/2 chopped onion(you can use onion flakes as well)
Salt and pepper to taste
Seasoned salt to taste
1 can tomato soup
1 can H2O

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except the tomato soup and water. Make into balls, a little bigger than golf balls, and put in microwave safe dish. Mix tomato soup with water and pour over meatballs. Cover with wax paper.

Cook in microwave on high 4 minutes at a time, rotating the meatballs every 4 minutes until cooked through. Usually takes about 4-5 times.

Serve over cooked rice
