1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 can refried beans
1 pkt taco seasoning
4 oz cheddar cheese
1 or 2 pkgs corn bread mix
(milk and egg as directed for corn bread)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornbread batter as pkg directs. In a skillet, cook/drain ground beef. Add/simmer taco seasoning and water as pkt directs. In 9x13, spread beans along bottom. Layer beef mixture, cheese, then batter. Bake at 425º 15 or more minutes, until cornbread is done.

(When I make this, I will mix the beef and beans together, use an 8x8 pan and one box of cornbread.)
