2 pkg yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 c. whole milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
5 c. flour
3 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Scald milk, add salt, sugar and butter. Set aside to cool. Add yeast mixture and beaten eggs. Mix well, add 2 c. flour and beat well. Add remaining 3 c. flour to form a dough. Knead well until smooth. Let rise 2 hours before using in your favorite sweet roll recipe.
