2 eggs
5 T melted butter
1/2 C warm water mixed with 1 pkg. yeast
1 t salt
1/2 C sugar
1 C warm water
5 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Yield: 1 dozen
Preparation Time: 40 minutes

Beat eggs, add salt, sugar, the water mixed with yeast, melted butter, 1 C warm water and flour. Beat until well mixed then cover and put in the refrigerator overnight. Melt butter in a pan. Then roll 3 small balls of dough by hand. Dip the dough balls in butter and put three balls in one section of muffin pan. Each roll consists of 3 tiny balls. Fill muffin pan. Let rise for 3 hours then bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
