one 9 in. pie crust
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. light corn syrup
1 1/2 c. pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven 350º

Mix eggs,sugar,salt,butter and corn syrup with electric mixer until well blended. Stir in pecan halves. Pour into 9in. pie crust. Bake 40-50 minutes,until filling is set and a knife inserted into middle of the pie comes out clean.Cool 2-3 hours before serving.

To protect the edge of pie crust from burning-cover edge with strip of foil.Remove 10 minutes brfore pie is done.
