Diced bell peppers (combination red, green, yellow)
Diced onions
Diced tomatoes
Diced ham
Diced potatoes
Shredded cheese
Eggs
Heavy duty plastic freezer bag with zip-lock top

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Each person takes a heavy duty plastic freezer bag with a zip-lock top and fill with whatever they want in their omelet and add 1-3 eggs, add salt and pepper to taste. Zip-lock bag and squeeze bag to mix all ingredients and break up eggs. Place in gently boiling water and cook until eggs are set.
