4 cups sugar
1 1/4 sifted flout
1 1/4 baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
10 eggs beaten
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
zest of one lemon

Crust:
3 sticks butter at room temperature
3 cups flour
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Prepare crust and set aside (see below)
In a large bowl combine sugar, flour baking powder and salt. Mix gently
Add eggs gradually and beat until smooth
Add lemon juice and zest and mix
Pour lemon mixtures over baked crust and set into preheated oven. Bake one hour or until edges start to brown and center is firm. Remove from oven and cool completely

Crust:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
In a large bowl combine crust ingredients. Mix until well combined using 2 knives
Coat 13 by 9 inch baking pan with PAM.
Put crust mixture into the bottom of the pan. Bake in a preheated oven 10-15 minutes until crust starts to color
