1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 1/3 sticks butter, room temperature
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking soda
6 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 1/4 cups dried cranberries
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, cream, peanut butter, sugars and butter. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
In a separate bowl mix oats with baking soda
Mix oat mixture with the peanut butter mixture, then stir in cranberries with the chocolate
Using a heaping tablespoon of dough, drop batter onto ungreased cookie sheets. You can place them close together—cookies do not spread.
Bake In oven 10-12 minutes or until cookies just start to brown

Remove to racks to cool

These cookies have no flour. they can be made larger or smaller --adjust cooking time accordingly
Press cookie dough for a crisper cookie
