1 lb ground hamburger
1 large carrot, cut into 1/8" slices
1 medium onion, chopped
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/2 c uncooked macaroni
2 cups hot water
2 tsp salt
1 tsp instant beef bouillon
1/8 tsp pepper
1 medium stalk celery, thinly sliced
1 can (16 oz) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 c hot water

Directions:

Crumble ground beef into 3-qt microwavable casserole; add carrot, onion, garlic powder. Cover loosely & microwave on high for 4 minutes. Break up beef and stir. Cover loosely & microwave until very little pink remain in beef, 3-4 minutes longer, drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients except for 1 c hot water. Cover tightly & microwave, stirring every 6 minutes, until vegetables & macaroni are tender, about 20 minutes. Stir in 1 c hot water. Cover tightly & microwave until hot, 3-5 minutes longer.
