4 c flour
1 3/4 c vegetable shortening
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1 egg
1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:
With form mix together first 4 ingredients. In seperate dish, beat remaining ingredients. Combine the two mixtures, then mold dough into a ball. Chill at least 15 minutes before rolling into desired shape. The dough can refrigerate for up to 3 days. Makes 2 - 9" pie shells.
