2 cups frozen corn
1 cup diced red pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 -15 oz can black beans - drained and rinsed

Dressing
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp white sugar
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cummin
1/2 tsp chili powder
salt
pepper

Combine dressing ingredients and pour over corn mixture. Refrigerate overnight
