1 small onion chopped finely
1 small green pepper diced
1 stalk celery sliced finely
3-4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 lb. lump crab meat

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery,onion, and pepper in a little butter until tender. Set aside and cool. In a sauce pan melt butter add flour and salt add milk gradually to make a white sauce.Add the cooled onion mixture.
Add crabmeat. Place on a platter and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Roll in flour, egg, and bread crumbs. Deep fry.
