3 whole breasts chicken
3 pieces of toast
1 egg
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup



Topping:
1/2 stick melted butter
15 Ritz crackers (crumbled)

Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 50 minutes

Pre-heat oven to 350º. Boil chicken breasts until done (about 30 min). Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Mix with next 4 ingredients. Pour into a 4 qt. casserole dish. Mix Ritz crackers with melted butter. Spread on top of chicken mixture.
Bake for 50 minutes. Serve warm.
