2 large cans and 1 small can of sliced peaches
(approximately 75 ounces) in syrup
1 stick butter
1 good squeeze of lemon juice
21/2 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. cinnamon
2T. vanilla
1 cup plus 2 T. granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
Dash salt
2 boxes instant pie crust mix

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all filling ingredients in a large pot, and simmer over low heat approximately 15 minutes. Set oven to 450degrees
2. Prepare pie crust mix as instructed.Place half of the crust in bottom and up sides of 8-inch-square baking dish.
3. Pour filling into the dish until about 1 inch from the top, and spread evenly.
4.Cut the top layer of crust into strips to "Weave" across filling.
Brush with milk.
5. BAKE AT 450 FOR 10 MINUTES ONLY!!
6. Then lower oven temperature to 325 and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
7. Let cool on a cake rack for at least 20 minutes
