1 roll of ready-made chocolate chip cookie dough (or you can make your own)
1 (8 oz) softened cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
1 small container Cool Whip
chocolate shavings
chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spread the cookie dough into a 9x13-inch cake pan. Press until bottom of pan is covered. Bake until golden brown (about 10 to 15 minutes). Let it cool. Mix the sugar and cream cheese together until smooth. Spread over the cooled bars. Mix the pudding and whipping cream together and add to the top of the cream cheese mixture. Put the Cool Whip on the top of pudding mixture and then all chocolate shavings and nuts to the very top.
