2 large skillets of cooked cornbread
2 large onions
2 green peppers
1 stalk celery
drippings from turkey or chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cornbread. Saute onions, peppers, celery in small amount of cooking oil. Stir vegetables into broken cornbread in very large mixing bowl. Add drippings or chicken broth until well-moistened. Stuff turkey and place extra around turkey in a electric roaster. Turkey is not browned but is very moist. If you want brown turkey, stuff and bake in cooking bag as directed. Dressing is cooked in casseroles, 350º for about 45 minutes.
