5 ½ cups plain bread crumbs
½ lb. + Fresh grated Romano Cheese (more the better)
¾ cup chopped fresh Italian Parsley
1 ½ Tablespoons salt
7 ½ lbs Ricotta Cheese
4 eggs

7 large cans of Soup Broth (chicken)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Cover mixture with flour to roll balls. I use a small ice cream scoop to size. Roll balls and drop into boiling broth. Balls will float to top when cooked.
