3 eggs well beaten
1 c oil
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 c grated squash
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon, allspice, cloves
Add raisins and nuts if desired.

Mix together in order given. Bake at 350º for 45 - 60 min. Makes two loaf pans.
