1 Cup butter
2 cups wildflower honey
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Line bottom and sides on 9 inch pan with parchment paper. set aside
Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add honey, cream, sugar, stir to combine.Cook stirring frequently until mixture boils.
Continue boiling until mixture reaches 250º on a candy thermometer. 45 to 60 minutes. remove from heat and stir in vanilla. pour into pan. let cool for 1 hour or overnight.
Turn caramels out onto a cutting board. remove parchment paper. cut caramels into 1 inch squares. wrap each in was paper. Keep in fridge. might soften in heat.
