1 sm. pkg. elbow macaroni
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 jar (26 oz.) tomato sauce
1 cup grated pecorino romano cheese
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
American cheese slices
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and saute onion and pepper. In large baking dish combine meat, cooked macaroni, onion, bell pepper, tomato sauce, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Cover with foil and bake 350º for 1/2 hour. Uncover, toss and then cover with american cheese. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Enjoy!!
