2 c. sugar
2 c. self rising flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. black walnuts
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp, black walnut extract
3 eggs





Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. Bake at 350º for one hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Ice with glaze.

Glaze Icing
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda

In small sauce pan, combine all ingredients. cook 7-10 minutes over low heat, pour over cake
