OK, I finally found a recipe worthy of a Moore cookbook!! I sort of borrowed it originally but definitely made it mine! So...here goes...
BEAR CHOPS!!
First thing ya gotta do is get yourself a bear!
Then cut ya some bear chops (GOOD LUCK with that!)

3/4 inch thick bear chops
salt & pepper
paprika
garlic powder
onion powder
1-2 cans of mushroom soup (depends on the number of chops you use)
1 can of mushrooms (if you don’t like ’em, don’t use ’em)

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from chops. Roll chops in flour seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder & onion powder to taste. Brown chops in hot grease. Place browned chops in baking pan. Mix a can of mushroom soup with a can of water & pour over chops, add a can of mushrooms if desired. Place chops in oven at 350º for 1 ½ hours.
If desired, top with canned onion rings during the last 20 minutes of baking.

If you want to know how good these are, ask Bill and Betty (my daddy & stepmom) because we had some at Christmas time a couple of years ago, we could have used a lot more chops!! YUM!!
