2 pounds chicken wings
3 T. Hot yellow mustard
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. hot sesame oil
1 T. Rice wine vinegar
1/4 tsb. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange 2 pounds chicken wings, separated at eh joint and the tips discarded, on a parchment-paper-lined bakingsheet. Bake in the upper third of a 500 degree oven. Whisk together 3 tablespoons of hot yellow mustard (Coleman’s works well), 1 tablespoon each soy sauce, hot sesame oil, and rice wine vinegar and ¼ teaspoon sugar. Add wings and toss.
