Round or Flank Steak
Fresh chopped parsley
Cloves of garlic to taste
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
Provolone Cheese
Ricotta Cheese
Ham Cappicola
Prosciutto
Pepperoni
Red Wine
Tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Use meat tenderizer to pound steak thin. Brush both sides with olive oil. Rub with crushed garlic cloves. Salt and Pepper to taste. Place fillings on steak and roll up. (You can mix or match the above meats and cheeses to taste or add others). Secure with string or tooth picks.

Brown rolls in deep skillet with olive oil. Remove meat and deglaze with wine. Place meat in a Dutch oven. Add the wine deglaze and tomato sauce to cover ½ of the roll. Cook in oven at 225 degrees for 2 hours. It may take less time so you need to watch so as not to over cook.
