1 1/2 cups rhubarb, chopped
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and egg, add to rhubarb. Pour mixture into prepared pie crust. Moisten edge of bottom crust. Place top crust on and flute the edge. Make a slit in the center for vent. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º for 30 more minutes.
