3 ripe bananas
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp baking soda
pinch salt
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; add mashed bananas, beaten eggs & flour (which has been mixed with soda and salt). Stir in nuts. Pour batter into 3 small or 1 large loaf pan(s). Bake at 350º or 50 minutes or until done. Cool on rack before slicing.

Do not over mix after adding dry ingredients. I have heard in lieu of ripe bananas you can use jarred banana baby food...never tried it, but go for it!
