1 Sara Lee pound cake, cut into cubes
2 pints fresh strawberries, cleaned and sliced or 2 pints frozen strawberries in juice
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding, combined with milk as directed on package
Large tub Cool Whip

Layer in glass bowl, pound cake, strawberries and pudding. Repeat layers, top with cool whip.
