2 pkgs. cresent rolls
1 – 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg (reserve white)
1 tsp. vanilla
½ c. brown sugar (I cover the top with as much as I want

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, egg yolk; beat together. Grease a 9X13” pan. Spread 1 pkg. cresent rolls on bottom of pan. (The new kind with the perforations is best.) Spread cream cheese mixture over the rolls. Next put the other pkg. of cresent rolls over the mixture to form a top crust. Spread the reserved egg white over the top of cresent roll crust. Sprinkle with the brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. Do not overbake.
