1 pkg Nabisco Famous Chocolate Wafers
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Spread a strip of whipped cream down the center of a serving plate to put the cookies on. Spread 1/2 tbsp of whipped cream on each cookie and stack them on their sides to make a long log.

When the cookies are stacked, frost with remaining whipped cream.
Garnish with chocolate curls or sprinkles.

Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 4-6 hours
or freeze then cover in plastic wrap thawing 1 hour before serving.

Slice on diagonal (45 º angle) to serve so that both white and dark colors show.
