10 eggs
2 cups sharp cheese, shredded
2 pounds hot sausage
6-8 slices bread
¼ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9x12 casserole dish with aluminum fold with enough extra to fold over the disk, coat with vegetable spray. Line bottom with the bread. Cook the sausage just until done. Beat eggs well, add milk, sausage, and the cheese. Pour over bread slices. Fold the foil over top, punch several vents in the top of the foil. Bake at 350º for about 40 minutes, the top should still look wet. Do not over cook. Let set for 10 minutes before serving. Can be prepared the night before.
