6 Quarts tomatoes - blended
4 Onions chopped fine
2 jalapeno peppers - chopped (I use 4,we like it hot)
3tsp. oregano
3 tsp. basil leaves
3 tsp. salt
dash pepper
3 tsp garlic salt

Cook above ingredients down. Put in quart jars and steam for 10 min. Makes 4 quarts. When cooking with this sauce you can thicken it with a can of tomato sauce or paste.
