2 sticks butter
1 bunch green onions
1 white onion
1 (8 oz) package of fresh mushrooms
1 green pepper
1/4 c. flour
pinch/shake of salt, pepper and tabasco
1 (32 oz) box of Velvetta cheese
3 lbs. crawfish
1 pt. half and half
2 (16 oz.) pkgs. angel hair pasta, cooked
1 (8oz) can Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' in butter, onions, mushrooms and green pepper. Add four to thicken; add cheese, cut into chunks.
Add crawfish and half and half. Season with salt, pepper and tabasco. Toss cooked pasta and mixture and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with desired amount of Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered, 30 min. at 350º
