1/2 cup butter, softened
6 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 cup plus 2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

TOPPING

1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla, beat until creamy. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Spoon by rounded tablespoonfuls into paper lined 2 1/2 inch cupcake pan. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes. For topping, combine sugar, egg and salt. Beat until very thick. Stir in chocolate morsels, walnuts and vanilla. Spoon one tbsp. over each cupcake. Bake an additional 25 minutes.
