1 one pound can cut green beans
1 one pound can cut wax beans
1 one pound can kidney beans
1 small onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2/3 cup wine vinegar (I use plain vinegar)
1/3 cup salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drain green and wax beans. Rinse kidney beans well in cold water to remove all liquid; drain well. Combine green, wax and kidney beans, finely chopped onion and green peppers. Blend sugars, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil. Pour over bean mixture. Refrigerate for several hours or over night. Salad will stay crisp for several days. Good way to get your daily requirement of green and yellow vegetables. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
