1 lb Ground beef or turkey
2 Cans Vegetable Beef Soup
Mashed Potatoes for 4
Sliced or grated cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, drain. Mix in soup and pour into a casserole dish. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and spread with mashed potatoes. Top with cheese and place back in oven till cheese is melted.
