2 eggs
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix eggs, butter, sugar, salt, vanilla and milk then add flour mix well pour into an iron skillet and bake for 30 minutes. I make into muffins also. Top with strawberries.

This is in memory of my Mother (Flossie May).This is the recipe she used and at the end of May,when strawberries came in we would have yellow cake topped with strawberries. Wonderful memories.
