1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, seasoned with garlic salt and pepper.
1 small onion diced.
1-16 oz can pork and beans, drained halfway.

1 pkg flour tortillas.
Sour cream.
Tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, shredded.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Add pork and beans. Mix.

Heat tortillas in microwave, spoon meat mixture (2 1/2 tbsp) into center, and fold into a square.

Heat skillet with 1 tbsp. of oil. Place chimichanga and fry to golden brown.

Serve with sour cream, cheese, lettuce and tomato on top. Add salsa if desired.
