2 cups scalded milk
3 eggs beaten slightly with fork
2 teaspoons sweetener
1/4 teaspoon salt
sprinkle nutmeg on top

Directions:
Directions:
Put 2 cups water and 1 teaspoon vinegar in an electric skillet set at 320º. When it comes to a boil set custard in skillet, cover with lid and reduce heat to 200º. Bake 10 minutes. Test it -- if not done bake a little longer.
