1 1/2 lbs. of stew beef, trimmed, and cut to bite size.
1-16 oz sour cream.
1 pkg of brown gravy.
1 cup water.
1 small onion diced.
1 small can of sliced mushrooms (optional).
1-8oz pkg egg noodles.

Directions:
Directions:
Roll stew beef in flour, and place in heated skillet with 2 tbsp of oil. Brown meat and onion. Turn heat to low and simmer until meat is tender. Mix brown gravy and water, add to meat. Continue simmering for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Boil water with 1 tbsp. of oil. Add noodles and cook until tender. Drain.

Add sour cream to meat, and heat. Place noodles on plate and add meat mixture to top. Serve with salad.
