1 - 1 1/2 lb ground beef,
1 small onion diced,
2 jars spaghetti sauce (any flavor),
1 -16oz can tomato sauce,
shaker Parmesan cheese,
2 bags of shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, Monterey jack)
1- 8 oz box of lasagna noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Add spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce, bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Boil water with tablespoon of cooking oil. Add noodles until soft, drain.

Preheat oven 350º. Take 9x13 baking pan, spray pan with cooking spray. Coat bottom of pan with spaghetti sauce. Begin layering with noodles, then sauce, shaker cheese and 1 1/4 cup of shredded cheese. Continue layering, ending with cheese on top.
Place in oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and sit for 15 minutes. Cut in squares and serve with garlic bread and salad.
