2 pkgs. cresent rolls
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg (reserve white)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar (I cover the top with as much as I want)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, egg yolk; beat together. Grease a 9X13" dish. Spread 1 pkg. of the cresent rolls on bottom of dish. (The perforated kind is the easiest.) Spread cream cheese mixture over the rolls. Next put the other pkg. of cresent rolls over the mixture to form a top crust. Spread the reserved egg white over the top of the cresent roll crust. Sprinkle with the brown sugar. Bake at 350º for 20 - 25 minutes. Do no overbake.
