3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1-2 stalks celery, diced
1 carrot, diced
2 jalapenos, seeded and minced
1 small zucchini, chopped
salt and pepper
1 T. cumin
1 1/2 T. chili powder
1/2 c. red wine
2 cans fire roasted tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1 can northern beans, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' first seven ingredients until soft. Add spices. Add wine and let cook down. Add remaining ingredients, and let simmer for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours. Add liquid (stock, water) if needed.
