1 lb. lean hamburger
1/4 lb finely ground pork
1/2 cup bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup rich milk or cream
1/4 nutmeg
1/8 tsp allspice
1/8 tsp cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together, form into small balls and place in a roaster. Toss in a handful of chopped onion. Bake in 350º oven for 45 minutes. Drain, serve with mushroom soup, diluted with sour cream or plain yogurt. Leftover gravy is really good too. Serve with flat noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
