1 lb. meat (half hamburger, half Italian sausage) optional
1 large onion
4-5 stalks celery
4 cloves garlic
1 large handful parsley (optional
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp. Italian spices
5 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in a 5 qt. kettle. In another pan saute, onion, celery, garlic and parsley. Add vegetables to the meat. Add tomato sauce and 1 can of water. I use the water to rinse out the tomato sauce cans. Add salt, pepper and spices. Simmer on low heat for about 4 hours. Freeze in containers that hold amount your use for one meal.

A good way to judge how much spaghetti for two servings, use a spice jar diameter to measure.
