2 cups plain toasted croutons
4-6 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp. onion powder
6 slices bacon
1 cup natural shredded cheese
2 cups milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In bottom of greased 10x6/x1 3/4" baking dish, combine plain toasted croutons and shredded natural cheese. Combine slightly beaten eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard, onion powder and dash of black pepper. Mx well, pour over crouton mixture in casserole. Cook 6 slices bacon until crisp. Drain, crumble and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 325° for 30-45 minutes. Can be doubled easily.
