4-5 pounds pork neck bones
1 onion, quartered
2 bay leaves
salt, pepper
2 pound bag of sauerkraut

Directions:
Directions:
Place neck bones in Dutch oven and cover with water. Add bay leaves, onion and salt and pepper. Cook for about 1 hour, until meat in tender. Add sauerkraut and heat through. Serve meat and sauerkraut with a little of the "pot liquor" over hot, homemade mashed potatoes.
